You already know what this could be.

We build the room that makes it real.

You can see what the business should be. No one outside your head can see it yet.

The product is real. The conviction is real. But the outside hasn't caught up, and the gap is expensive — the deals you should win, the story that only lands when you're the one telling it. You don't need more information. You need someone who understands what you're building and puts the right people around it.

Most firms start with what they sell.

We start with what’s actually wrong.

Every founder that we work with can see what their business should be. Something’s blocking it and it’s always one of three things.

The diagnostic that finds the right one is called…

The

Translation

Gap

The world doesn’t see what you see, because the business doesn’t express it.

The

Traction

Gap

The business works but can’t get purchase. Every push to grow meets friction that shouldn’t be there.

The

Bottleneck

The business runs through you. You are the product and that’s the ceiling.

You’ll have a guess about your gap, and founders are usually one off. The Cut finds the primary one.

Then we build the room the diagnosis calls for that’s assembled around your problem.

We define what winning looks like, something you can measure, and build toward it.

Precision is the product.

Tijera was built by two people who have been building together since they were kids.

Brennan Monconduit and Andrew Jung met in grade school off La Tijera Boulevard in Westchester, Los Angeles. Tijera means “scissors” in Spanish. It’s the street, and it’s the work. We cut through. We separate what matters from what doesn’t.

Brennan spent fifteen years in growth and commercial strategy across consumer goods, fashion, licensing, and emerging markets. Andrew spent fifteen in product development and design within advertising, telecom, live entertainment, and tech. Different disciplines, one instinct: find the gap between where something is and where it could be, and close it.

The network extends from the same standard. Senior operators, vetted for execution and for how they work in a room. The standard for who does the work is as high as the standard for the work itself.

A room built around your problem only works if there’s trust on both sides. If you’re between proving something works and figuring out how to scale it, that’s the moment we’re built for.

It starts with a conversation. We listen until we understand what you’re building.
